dx11 issues preventing game play

Hello, I found that the Nvidia drivers 497.09 solve the issue for directx11 but if i use my headset Bluetooth (Sony HW-1000XM3) headset hands-free AG audio profile to use the Mic then the audio is broken on the game and after a while i get a error message with the following (this does not happens with the Stereo profile):
