dx11 issues preventing game play

Hello, I found that the Nvidia drivers 497.09 solve the issue for directx11 but if i use my headset Bluetooth (Sony HW-1000XM3) headset hands-free AG audio profile to use the Mic then the audio is broken on the game and after a while i get a error message with the following (this does not happens with the Stereo profile):

ntdll.dll + 4408
ntdll.dll + 2B86B
ntdll.dll + 2B3C7
atcuf64.dll + 4CA27
atcuf64.dll + 4538
??? + 1637DA010C7

<FINAL UPDATE>

After contacting SQ live chat(very kind and helpful), we realized that my problem always occurs when "teleporting to Idyllshire", not on a specific character.

So I looked into similar cases on the internet... and deleted ex1 folder (they say it's HW map?) to re-download it.

Working fine now without any errors!
