Can't name change, 8 hours now, still can't play

Can't load character data, so can't do name change. Completely locked out of the game. Maybe change it to where you don't HAVE to do the name change until you WANT to. Ugh, just ticked off. Would rather be in que with the other 2500 failing to get in than not even having the opportunity to fail to get in. At least then I would have a chance.

Please for the love of God fix this.

Yeah same here. I locked myself out of my character, fun times! Nothing to do but wait, I'm just hoping my idiot decision to buy a name change at this moment in time won't block me for weeks. I want to see the content while it's new.

At the very least they should put a lock on name changes when servers are this congested, it would prevent this problem in the future.

Been unable to log in since yesterday morning. Locked myself out with a name change as well. Can't Load Character data. Can't even wait in queue.

I've been trying too. Is there any info on fixing the character data issue, or do we have to wait until the servers aren't as taxed?

I just got in. Name change etc. It was at past midnight my time so it was lower traffic. Might not be feasible for some people.

Yeah, had to wait till nearly 1am my time. Finally managed to make it in with a name change.
