Something happened after I changed back to the Monk class

Not sure what else to title this. Hopefully this doesn't get confusing but I'm gonna explain this the best I can. I was working on the dancer job, and then decided I wanted to switch back to the Monk job (I do this by equipping the gear set for that class/job). However, when I switched back, my health went from ~9111 to 6306. Also, the number of XP required to get to the next level decreased drastically. Some weaponskills are blocked too. My item level is at 127 as well. I have no idea what happened (and I'm not sure what to tag this under either)?
Edit: nvm it was just part of the endwalker update
