BGM and no voices in game

So this is a very weird bug that I have come across and I am 100% unsure if I am in the right section to post this. But here is the deal:
So, big launch day, loaded endwalker, did what I usually do, the whole nine yards. Opened up the game, noticed the sound was scratchy and very spotty in the intro starting screen. I checked my sound settings, checked if it was updated, the usual just to be sure. Logged back in, the sound persisted to be the same. So I checked the see what was up and found that the BGM was the only sound having this issue and, when checking to see how the voices of characters in creations were like to the npcs, that I was hearing nothing from them. I found this very very odd and I am unsure if it is a corruption file in those settings or just patch day being a patch day ordeal.
I have did all the recommended steps to resolve the issue (restoring the client/unstalling and reinstalling the client) and the 1st step simply didn't work. I have saved a backup for the client on a harddrive before uninstalling and (as of this post rn at this time), in the process of reinstalling everything.
I am addressing this right now because nothing much is said on the subject and I can see how this small bug issue can be a problem for the content. Any kind of address of the manner will be nice and, hopefully, resolved.

Game is finally reinstalled, and the bgm sound is still bad and I still cannot hear the voices.
So reinstalling also does not work. But I was relatively informed that there has been other sound quality isssues in this early access stage that is outside of what I posted about and I hope it can be made more aware that this is a issue that can (hopefully) be fixed.
