Error in Shrimp Ball bait description

The item description for Shrimp Ball (ilevel 490 bait) says it's for freshwater, but it's not useable in freshwater, only in saltwater? Tested in Old Sharlayan Fishing spots Scholar's Harbor and Oinops, it works in the former, not in the latter.

Other freshwater bait tested works in Oinops but not in Scholar's Harbor, so it seems the description has an error?

I can confirm the shrimp ball (ilvl 490) bait also works in the oceans in Thavnair, too, so looks like an error in the description.
