Dunno why Undraw still exists. Remove it post haste.
Lord/Lady of Crowns and its "Play" button should be one button.
Draw, now having 2 charges and Play can stay separate, but if they can be a one button press, please make them a one button press.
Astrodyne... just keeps me busy. (neutral to it)
Haven't gotten Exaltation yet (am only 85) but having read what it does it further makes me want SE to just commit to AST being a regen/time based healer and get rid of all shields and direct heals (so Benefic 1 + 2 and Helios) and just keep ED.
I know we joke and complain about people standing in Bufu Bozja instead of our circles as healers but...

I'm tired of being told to wait for post-patches and expansions for fixes and increased healing requirements that are never coming. Healers are not fun in all forms of content like all jobs should be, they're replaced by tanks and dps due to low healing requirements and their dps kit is small for 0 reason, when in the past we had more options and handled things just fine. I refuse to play healer in roulette come DT. I refuse to heal EXs, I refuse to go into Savage, and I am boycotting Ultimate.

My opinion on that :
more effective than ShB but now it is no longer fun to play,too many buttons (i only have like 1 slot left on my 3 bars lmao),the star ruined,the card system is fucking awful and i didnt expect them to do worse than ShB's version on that
about the "too many buttons" : normally i wouldnt have as much issue with it but when a tons of your buttons actually need you to switch targets,it just became hell to keep up with everything,especially in endgame content...
square enix you should just fucking bring back stormblood Ast and call it a day,stop acting like you want to "improve" Ast when ALL of your devs have no clue about this job,or even the entire role Healer in general
I'm so danm angry because AST used to be my favorite job ever in stormblood,but then its ruined in ShB (still a bit of fun) and completely dead in EW

Having played a little bit more, I have a few thoughts:
-I love how fast pace it feels with all the oGCD weaving. I gravitate more toward jobs that have a lot of oGCD I can weave.
-It's a bit much but I do love how big Earthly Star is. >w>()
-While I'm not opposed to seals being used to buff the user, Astrodyne feels weak to me. Others have suggested that the MP-refresh and speed boost be baked into the skill automatically and the number of seals affecting your damage and healing potencies and I think that would be better. Someone else suggested being able to use Astrodyne on other partymembers and I think that is also interesting.
-Undraw is a waste of a slot. There is just no logical reason to ditch a card you could give to a DPS just to try to fish for seals to increase your own DPS.
-Like I said before, having Minor Arcana and Crown Play separate feels awkward.
Still best healer ingame. Has still million ogcd tools and star is as big as a Boss Arena. Divination having always 6 % is ok but what isn’t ok is making astrodyne with 1 redraw per card and no sleeve draw is massively rng, it’s just annoying when you get no 3 seals for ages and some runs only 3 seals. Atleast the old card system gave me something too think about now it’s just “bad rng and you can’t do jack against it”. Queen is 99.9 % absolute useless because I already have millions of ogcd heals and because it’s a 50 % possibility to be a aoe dmg card I can’t even plan around the ability. It just doesn’t feel good anymore to play.
Minor Arcana feels absolutely awful. SE please fix
It's sad that I've actually moved to WHM for healing for now (we have a Sage in our group already or I'd play that) and I'll just keep AST for harder Savage or Ultimate for heal efficiency. I don't like WHM that much, but it does the basics and AST just wasn't fun.
What will probably happen is WHM will end up more popular in the majority of content again and AST will be avoided, so they'll buff AST even further while assuming WHM is fine because it's played. It's disheartening.
Am I wrong, or should I not worry much about seals now? The way I see it buffing the DPS is more beneficial and should be the priority. I'd rather throw a 6% on a DPS with the wrong seal than redraw--and get the wrong type of card for the DPS and still have a good chance to not get the correct seal.
I think AST have way too many skills right now.

IMO Draw and Play should be 1 skill with charges and let fortune decide the outcome of Astrodyne, rendering redraw/undraw useless and safe to remove. Divination and Astrodyne could be merged too. Both lvl 50 spells granting a buff, it could be a 2 part spell, one self buff another a party buff. Its a waste of space for the job with more skills right now.
Then the same with Crown Play and Minor Arcana. Merge into 1 skill with 1 charge.
Synastry seems like another spell that could get removed as its effect is very situational. Could even be reworked into a trait that you heal those affected by your cards/buffs?
Lightspeed and Neutral Sect could also be merged if further space is needed.
Even non aspected heals could get replaced with the aspected ones.
I expected them to do more work in this manner for AST but we find ourselves in a worse position than in ShB.
