"Bind" icon doesnt disappear after status effect wears off

CON and THM. Rank: Happened many times between 15~ and 32 on both jobs.

Physical Level:
Between 15~ and 32.

Thanalan, La Noscea.

Solo.

NPC Name:

Monster Name:
If I remember well, this only (or mainly) happens when fighting Footpad mobs, like the ones from levequests (for example the rank20 one in Thanalan where you have to kill 10 of them, 5+5).

In-Game Time:
Dont know.

Steps:
As I already wrote, this happens many times when Footpad mobs (only they, or mainly) affects you with Bind malus. But dont always happen when Bind succeds to take effect: usually the icon goes off, but sometimes (25%~) it doesnt. Killed just 2-3 normal roaming footpad mobs (no levequest), so I dont know if this can happen when fighting no-levequest footpads too. Note: when this bug happens, the only way to make Bind icon disappear is to logout and login back again.
