Mogstation items like Fantasias are not appearing in mog mail after hours of waiting

As title suggests, when people try to buy something from Mogstation like Fantasia or story skips, it doesn’t appear even after a few hours of waiting. Anyone got any tips?

It can take a few hours for mogstation to communicate with the game servers at the best of times.

This is not the best of times.

Just wait. You might get them tomorrow.

I bought some dye over 3 hours ago and still hasn't showed up. The longest I have ever seen mogstation take was 1 hour. It's ether down or there's a bug thats stopping items from being mailed.

I've waited 10 hours before, and that was not during a patch, or expansion launch.

The servers are stressed - to put it mildly. Mogstation purchases will simply take a LOT longer than normal.

I'm still waiting on items from before 6.0 maitenance took place on an alt. Shows was charged be still haven't got them over 2 days later. So tells me its down and not working. Says longest you should have to wait is 24 hours.

You will have to subtract the time the servers were down from your wait time - the Google's may be good but even they are unable to deliver things to a server when it is not online.

And people are happy with it, nothing like this happens in others online games with cash shops. In fact they can access to the shop using the game menu instead of opening a browser, log in, navigate towards 3 menus, log in again, confirm etc.
