Combat Sound Effects Distorted

Same issue and as already mentioned here some weapon skills sound like they're used out of combo.

Having this issue as well. Everything worked fine yesterday and then when I finally can log in today I have all sounds besides any combat effects or things like the dinging when you use a summoning bell.
