Because Toxikon does more damage on your target it will be better than Dyskrasia, and even on the additional targets Dyskrasia is barely better and Dyskrasia II is even less of a difference compared to Toxikon II (which again does more damage on your target). So, in effect, if you cycle targets with Toxikon you will get a better gain as you us it more. (plus, you need to be point blank for Dyskrasia compared to Toxikon).
