Early Access should it be longer?

Some people are a little choked that login isn't going smoothly. Early Access is kind of a weird thing. If most of your players pay for it is it really early? But maybe people wouldn't be so choked if it was longer.



Instead of a weekend of early access change it to a week. So then players won't feel so cheated. They could have just as easily started the patch Sunday night or Monday morning.

The people losing their minds over difficulties logging in wouldn't react any differently even if EA was a month long. "I can't get in NOW. LIES! SCAM! WORST LAUNCH EVER!"

Price of success. Seems the game is doing really well so no I don't think it should be longer. I can just imagine how the servers will feel when 6.1 gets here with new housing. Going to be a circus for sure and can just see the complaint threads when it means getting a house rather then starting main story a bit late.

New housing is always a stressful mess. But now you can't get a house when the new zone goes live anyways. So shouldn't be a rush this time.

Eh, we've already been through it with Shirogane, and every time new wards were added. It'll be chaos for a minute, then it'll be fine.

This defence sounds pretty insensitive to me. We hope that people have a life outside this game. The window that people can play is a lot smaller then a whole weekend. If I have 72 hours to dedicate to the game and miss out on two hours, big whoop. If someone only has a window of 2 hours each day and login is 2+ hours each time. How much time did they actually get to play? And this isn't like some phone game where they only charge you when you are actually using the service.
