    It seems that the game has major compatibility issues with Windows 10 May 2020 update or version 19041. You can see the version here:

    SYSTEM_OS Windows 10 Home 64-bit (6.2, Build 9200) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)

    Make an upgrade to 19044. You can do it with Windows Update or with a tool from Microsoft:

    I was unable to update to 19044 as it stated that it was only available to Insider Beta testers. The highest I could update to was:
