Sorry but are you defending a billion dollar company from being unable to deliver a functioning product to paying customers who don't use 3rd party cheating software? Cause that sounds awfully like what it is.

All the 3rd party launcher does is save your password. It still logs in through the normal launcher, it just doesn't show it on screen.

Sat through a 4k queue that took about 1 hour and several disconnects... finally get into game and get disconnected 10 seconds later... launch game again and now am position 8615 in queue. Would be nice if you at least got to skip the queue if you've already sat through it once.

I get the frustration, but you'll get in. Chiiiiilllllllll. Most expansion launches (if not all) are like this. It can of course always be done better in hindsight but raging on the forums won't let you get in any faster. They already have a stance against havibg software to check for 3rd party programs for privacy reasons. I agree getting kicked and immediately losing your queue sucks though. Once you start playing you'll forget about it. Give it about 2 weeks tops for things to be back to normal.

you've got no right to ask people to chill while they set aside their work, school, or life for this Friday. what's waiting for us is "just" getting kicked, and immediately losing the queue. Did SE pay you to chill people on the forum?

Thanks for kicking people out of queue. Thanks for allowing 3rd party add-ons to connect without problems. Thanks for all these fine streamers getting an easy in to the game.

Got down to 2000 on the que, then 2002 error happened again.

Que is now at 3800. Sigh.

Get back in, "players in queue : 1" bug. Kicked out.

Get back in after a few more 2002 errors. 9k queue.

I haven't been able to get back in game since Phoenix took a dump.

Can't make a character on any Crystal data center worlds. Even Balmung, a world that already has all of my characters. Still don't understand why you're prevented from making one on a server you already have characters on. Either way you're just joining the queue.

Oh gosh that definitely helps to explain why EU servers are still getting hit so bad. I'm on Cerberus and my FC and I are still getting 7,000+ queues by late evening.
