You didn't expect it? Well then too bad for you. I had low hopes that this wouldn't happen but I didn't get surprised by it. A lot of people were awaiting for this expansion so Justin deal with it like we all do.

Oh I expected queues, something on the order of Shadowbringers launch, but not this persistent nor magnitude. I get that there was a massive influx over the summer - the energy has been amazing during a content lull which gave us some regular login queues of a maximum of about 250 people. However, it is a shame that since the servers went up at 9am, almost 12 hours later EU servers remain at the bottom of the barrel; though I suppose this is reflective of the general data center and server situation as posted by xxmajexx![]()
Has COVID and the supply cain issues been resolved yet? No?
Then yeah actually they can say it as long as needed, including literally any other big tech company. You can have an opinion, but that doesn't change that it's wrong or completely lacking acknowledgement of current events.
If popular people and people using third party stuff is getting in... that is not fair as it end crash other peoples queus as well..
The worst part of this is that they delayed the game 2 weeks with just a 1 week notice, completely screwing people that had requested time off to play the game, saying that it was for performance issues.
And now that people have less available time to play due to being back at work they are not even capable of logging in due to poor planning and management from a multibillionaire company.
Unacceptable.

This is not a launch. This is an expansion. I've been around for countless MMOs expansions.
A launch you can project but have no idea on the actual amount of players that will play the game.
An expansion you know the amount of people that have been playing the game and will play it + then project an estimated increase.
This could have been easily avoided.
