Semi related, I bought the expansion on ps4. I got a ps5 yesterday but I don't have the countdown like I do on ps4 for the early access. Will it just work or is there something I have to register?

You'll have to upgrade it to the PS5 version. Its currently free to upgrade from the PS4 version to PS5

I'm not sure if it will turn green when ready to update, but login button will have to be physically pushed for it to attempt to update.

According to a Japanese blog interview it was stated that DL of 6.0 patch file is scheduled around noon tomorrow Japanese time which is in about 2 hours.
