To answer your question, no, mine does not look like that. I checked out under my FF14 account, so my items are all there. As previously mentioned though, since you checked out as a guest, the code might be mailed to you. I hope that is the case since I wouldn't wish Squeenix support on anyone. They're fine when they get to you, but it can take em a while to respond.

Either way, as long as you're cleared for Early Access, you're in the same boat as the rest of us right now.
