    Well I'm annoyed by a change on WHM. Cast time decreased but GCD the same. Meaning I'm going to be standing there doing nothing for 1.5 seconds every time I cast Glare.

    You could move and/or weave oGCDs.

    It's not like AST always had buttons to push after each of its casts.

    They're just extending a privilege it had to all healers in general to add more mobility and wiggle room for using OGCDs and don't see any reason to view it as a negative.
