6.0 New hrothgar hairstyles are effectively paywalled

I dunno about anyone else, but it's pretty concerning when reading over the patch notes about new hair styles arriving for hrothgar players while there was no mention of them addressing the current issue of needing to fantasia if any hrothgar player wants to change their hairstyle as of right now. Do they still intend on making players have to fantasia every time they want to change their hair styles on a hrothgar? Needless to say, this has raised my concerns.

They said during the last LL that Hrothgar would be getting some attention around 6.1. Viera were just first on their list, which isn't surprising given their popularity. Obviously we don't know how much or how little attention they are going to get, but hopefully it will fix some of the glaring issues with the race. They said that they are aware of the issue in regards to requiring a fantasia to change hairstyles, and are working to address that too.
