Grubhub/Pizza emote issue [unsure proper place to ask for help]

So I ordered off of grubhub, and when I went to put in the code I got
"This promo code can't be redeemed again." Which I have not used it yet on this grubhub account.
I understand I won't get free delivery, I just want the emote... would providing square-enix a receipt be sufficient proof I ordered $15+ today???

The grubhub customer support was unhelpful, since it wasn't letting me put the code in they refused to do anything about it. Just asked me to order again next time. I tried to set up an order for tomorrow, and it still said "This promo code can't be redeemed again."
