How to buy Endwalker?

Hello, I'm now in a weird situation with this game and I can't find a solution. Any help will be much appreciated.

My FFXIV SE account is linked to a certain PSN account since the first PS3 2.0 beta.
Years ago I moved to another country, and since then I've been buying physical copies of the expansions in order to be able to play using my old account, as changing PSN accounts is weirdly not possible (there is a LOT of discussion around the internet about this).

Now with Endwalker there are no physical copies available and I can't buy the game on the PSN store because it won't accept any payment method that is not from the account original country which I don't have for obvious reasons.

So what should I do? Is there a workaround or a way to switch PSN accounts even if I have to buy the game again?

I just don't want to lose my almost 10 years of game progress, not to mention time and money invested in this game, by creating new accounts and starting over. Honestly, if this is the only solution I will sadly have to abandon the game.

I think SE should offer a paid service to transfer all game data from one SE account to another, at least. I would definitely pay.

Any thoughts?
