    an unexpected error has occurred. exiting final fantasy xiv.(17)

    Hello!

    After buying the Character Renaming Service and changing the name of one of my characters (from Anna Takamaki to Dorian Elektra), i keep getting the error: "an unexpected error has occurred. exiting final fantasy xiv.(17)" when I try to log in with this character. It only happens with the character I just renamed.

    I need help to solve this problem.
