Someone mentioned Tellah earlier in this thread but why anyone would want to dress up like this as a healer is beyond me:
Rydia/Rosa's gear just looks better for both men and women.

Here you go.

Now I think for Female FF character costume sets they would need to include the hairstyles as well and Tifa's hair as well as Garnet have waist long hair which the Devs seem hesitant on including. Especially since we still do not have Iceheart or Hilda's hairstyles either. Which I'd prefer majestic long hair even if it would end up looking like a cheap blanket.
Not to mention Fran's long hair either.
Moving on regardless of how many male/female sets there are many can agree that girls look better in them in more ways then males do. And this is primarily for a looooooong time all the new gear is some kind of dress, robe or overcoat instead of actual armor.
Which the men and larger characters absolutely SHINE in armor.
Unless it's Halone's Armor because on men that chest piece sticking out is the ugliest thing on the planet making the female version much better by a mile.

Seems like a subjective opinion to me. As someone who plays male character the only issue I have with gear in this game is that pants for the most part are of the skinny jean variety and we need looser fitting one. Here you go.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure if they gave us Tellah as "the" mage pick from the FFIV it would only bring fairness because it would be complained about by both genders. I'm not interested in dressing up any of my characters like that.
Also, both the caster and healer glamour are the same model (Rydia). Rosa is far more revealing.
I don't think I'd use the body piece on any of my male characters, but some of the other pieces of Rydia's outfit should be useful. The boots look cool, the gloves are probably just the hand piece and not the flared sleeves and more headpieces that aren't flowers are always welcome.
The pants might work with something, though the "just took the women's thigh-high stockings and filled in the bare bit" look always annoys me when they do that (as does the women getting thigh-high stockings again in the first place).
