These are stupid and annoying and this new feature makes them useless now and inexcusable.

There's a difference between "You shouldn't be dead hurr durr" vs "Raising <t>, please get ready to accept!"

Not accepting on the second simply means you are griefing and actively hurting your party for no reason. And that's also reportable.
