Can't add items to the glamour dresser

Hi all, for the past week or so I've been unable to add any items to my glamour dresser. Basically, I've found that ALL my items (even those on the market board) have the Glamour Dresser icon greyed out and no items, even ones I'm 1000% sure can be added, can go into the Glamour Dresser. Even items I pull OUT of the Glamour Dresser can not be re-added. I have over 100 Glamour Prisms, so that isn't the issue. Plus, this bug persists to my alts as well as newly created characters. At this point, and with Endwalker launching this week, it's going to be really disappointing to not add the new expansion items.

Here is what it looks like for me on all my items:



Things I have tried:

1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the game.
2. Deleting the FFXIV folder in My Documents (which contain all my game settings).
3. Made sure to have Glamour Prisms.
4. Bought a new item that is supposed to be able to be added (Hyur Tunic).

I do not use mods or third-party tools. All vanilla.

The game was bought and is run through Steam.

If I need to add anything else to list please let me know. I have scoured the entire internet trying to find a solution and this is my last resort. I could really use the help, thanks.

When you click the the glamour dresser and go to add an item at which point does it not work?

When you select the select the item? Or can you not even select the items?

Assuming there is some of error message/reason (everything else in the game has one), what does it say?

Just checking the obvious... but are you sure it's not full?
