If you could add or update one feature in the game, what would it be?

As the title says, if you could add or update one feature in the game, what would it be and why?

First I was thinking about glam, it's so limited it's a pain in the butt, but then I remembered the world and how dead it feels.

If possible I would like the fate system to get a complete overhaul, adding a reward system, ranks, tokens, all connected to the adventurer's guild. Making fates more fun, more interactive, have better chain events. Basically to make the fates more like the events in Guild Wars 2 or more like the rifts from Rift. It's so sad to see the world so empty and hollow. The only incentive to go into the world after reaching max level is relic hunting which is just a forced activity most people dislike.

however I feel like shbs cutscenes were more complicated so maybe they improved it after a while

Well its hard to compete with 1.0 cutscenes, the game used different engine back then and also all the cutscenes in 1.0 was made using motion capture.

what i want updating is server structure and coding it seems the reason why we are not getting more character creation option is because of problem with data stuff if what yosh said is right

Complete customization of Island Sanctuaries, including building an inhabitable home and the return of all past seasonal event housing items to purchase in-game for a limited time. I really don't want my IS to have plot spaces only usable in pre-determined ways that make them all cookie-cutter, slightly differently customized, versions of themselves. Give me the ability to build an estate with a house and a f*$k ton of trees, ponds, and such if I want; or allow people to have their land fully-farmable if they so desire.

You can try on multiple things, there's a button in the preview called simply save I believe, or something like it.

Combat instead of what we got you would fight, dodge attacks similar to dark souls, having to manually roll, block,parry.

Also to change almost every job to their orginal ff styles. With blm gettimg all elemental spells, dragoon getting invunlable to attacks, bard and archer split into 2 jobs.

Remove acn and put sch as 2nd to conjuring
Put smn as a 2nd to thaumage.
Add theif as A a 2nd to rogue

All new jobs made to start at either level 1 or 30 (50-60-70-80 )is way to high for starting a new job.

Remove job lock from weapons.
