Can't get MSQ "Build on the Stone" after MSQ "The Gifted"

After I finished MSQ "The Gifted", I can't get next MSQ "Build on the Stone". Although the tip "Next Main Scenario Quest" shows "Build on the Stone". NPC "Minfilia" just said "Have you been keeping well ? We may have earned ourselves a respite,but there is still much and more to do. Together,let us continue to shine the Crystal's light upon Eorzea".
Do I miss any step?

Does she have the main scenario quest icon (the meteor icon) above her head but it's in red with a key icon over it? If so, click on the icon and it should tell you why the quest is unavailable (usually a current level or class requirement, such as trying to undertake it while a crafter or gatherer). The only other thing I can think of is you already have this quest active (ignore the 'next main scenario quest' hint as it's not an actual quest guide but just a reminder - I've disabled it for this reason).

Open your journal and it should open to the current main scenario quest if you have one active (I assume you've disabled the active duty list on the side of the screen that shows your current incomplete quests) - if it doesn't, look under 'Main Scenario Quests ~ Seventh Astral Era' and check if Build on the Stone is listed as a current quest, and if so, look at what the next step requires you to do. Other than that, I have no idea what could be the problem I'm sorry, as Build on the Stone doesn't have any requirements other than the previous quest The Gifted to be completed.

My last complete quest of 'Main Scenario Quests ~ Seventh Astral Era'" is "The Gifted" and don't find "Build on the Stone" in my current quest.

Today, one strange thing happened. The game crashed whe I login and went to "The Solar". After I login and went to "The Solar" again, NPC "Minfilia" disappeared!!! So I don't know any method to continue the MSQ.

Actually, this situation ever happened several days ago and NPC "Minfilia" appeared again in one day.

I have reported this bug via "Support Desk" but didn't get any useful help. So I tried to get help here. I am very disappointed for it. I can't continue MSQ almost one week and I don't have any idea to resolve it.

That's a straightforward part of MSQ progression so nothing extra is needed to pick up the quest as long as you have The Gifted completed.

Are you certain the quest isn't listed in your Journal (as opposed to displayed in the duty list)? Active quests (even MSQ) can be marked not to display in the duty list and that might have happened by accident. They will always display in your Journal as long as you have accepted the quest.

That sounds like that might have happened if Minfilia is no longer in the Solar.

I'm sure MSQ "Build on the Stone" isn't in the journal list. I also confirmed there is no marked quest. Maybe I need to report bug again and again till GM notices me(sigh).

GMs sometimes see those types of tickets as requests for game hints and that might be why they have not responded. MSQ bugs are so extremely rare.

It would be helpful if you had a RL friend who could visit to see what you see, or if you could share screenshots with a friend. We can suggest things to try from here but it's more difficult without the visual references.

Iscah's question does have a purpose. Even if you haven't picked up the quest, the Main Scenario tracker will always display a map of where to go next for the MSQ if you click on it. Does it still display the Waking Sands when you do, or does it display another location? If you could then take a screenshot of what you see when you click on it and post it here, it might give us more info to help you.

To the OP; This.... if you click the "quest" from the MSQ in your HUD, it will open the quest as it would in your Journal.

Also, to add, this quest is part of the arc where the Scions base is relocated from The Waking Sands at the docks in Thanalan to Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona, then renamed to The Rising Stones.
Each one of these locations has a Solar instance, but one specific to the location.
This means, depend on which side quests have been completed that involves Minfilia, she can be in two locations at the same time, but only have interactivity to the quests related to that specific location.

One thing to check, to see if maybe you are actually already "partially through" this quest, is to see if you have:

If you have it, then give it to Urianger in The Waking Sands to progress.
If you don't have it, and Minfilia in The Solar in The Waking Sands doesn't have a quest marker, then proceed to Revenant's Toll in Mor Dhona, find Tataru, and then find Minfilia in The Rising Stones' The Solar.
