Im not an elitist. I believe everyone should have ample time even if they're new to experience and try to figure out fights. But there are people out there that just don't get it. We've all had them, we've all tried to help in the nicest way possible, but they still just don't get it. I don't mind holding peoples hand through dungeons, but when people are being carried because their brains just don't work that well to the game environment, there's a problem.

I understand all the reasons behind having a penalty for leaving a dungeon and most of them makes sense. So please don't reply with "Well it's needed because....."

What is an issue, is if people in a dungeon clearly don't get it and continue to make the same mistakes even after being told several times, and everyone has already spent almost 1 full hour in a dungeon that normally takes 20-30 mins, then there should be no 30 minute lockout on duty finder. If I've went above and beyond trying to help the helpless, and I don't feel like constantly feeding my corpse to the boss over and over, then I should have the option to leave without penalty. I pay for this game just like everyone else. It's absurd and ridiculous. If you stay in a dungeon for at least 30 mins, there should be no penalty. Instead of tweaking the penalties when they were first implemented, you guys took a sledgehammer to it.

SOLUTION
Time in instance to not incur penalty:
Dungeons: 30 minutes (Honestly, it should be 15 minutes, but I'm being generous)
Raids: 45 - 60 minutes
