Actually, her potency is about the same as player's now, or at least extremely close. So in many of those cases, the ability is strongerOkay, who is the fool who set up these changes for SCH? A 30 potency boost for Lily is nice, but did we really need:
40 potency nerf on Whispering Dawn
100 potency nerf on Fey Union
30 potency nerf on Fey Blessing
20 potency nerf on Seraphic Veil
50 potency nerf on Consolation
Lily is now worse in the abilities department in return for better Embrace. That is not a good tradeoff.
I thought it was common knowledge that they drastically reduced pet scaling.Okay, who is the fool who set up these changes for SCH? A 30 potency boost for Lily is nice, but did we really need:

We won't know until the folks over on the balance get their calculators out

Well in my boredom I jotted down the cures of various media tour videos. Cures from the Scholars averaged at about 17HP:Potency, while the fairy healing abilities averaged at about 16HP:Potency. Obviously there weren't a lot of data points to work with, and there's a lot variance with something like that. Either way, I got 50 data points, so I think it's fair to say that the fairy is either the same or really close
I hate the layers of RNG I now get to deal with on AST, I can get gimped on dmg with both astrodyne and drawing lady instead of lord like.. why. And also why remove even MORE monk positionals?!?
If you are waiting for devs to acknowledge pet scaling, you are going to wait forever.
If between
- doomposting and saying that SCH got nerfed for no reason!!!!!!!!
- considering objective data collected from the media tour and the fact that SCH and SGE have more or less matching potencies when we don't consider pet scaling
you think the most rational option is the first one, that's a bit weird.
I'm annoyed we have another button for Crown Play. A 2 Seal Astrodyne isn't the end of the world, it's something like a 80-100 potency loss at most compared to 3 Seal ...but then you wonder why it even exists. Also on average you'll get about 4-5 Lord over a 8+ minute fight, which is maybe +2% damage. AST card system (except for the standard Play) is just a whole bunch of buttons and fluff for very little impact. It's unnecessary button bloat.

Re-reading the official tooltip page for SCH...
I'm just glad they merged Summon Seraph with Consolation.

They did it for SMN (specifically regarding Ifrit being made into a proper caster potency pet) so there's no reason to assume they wouldn't for SCH.
I'm already mad about what they did to the other three healers so the doomposting over SCH at this point is just a snarky laugh on top of the trashpile.
