What I care about is fun not strength.

That change would provide some depth and reward for healing and therefore fun and vary up the gcd so its not just constant dosis which is the biggest problem healers have rn.

Macrocosmos got it's recast nerfed from 120s to 60s

Sage gets an aoe at lvl 26 (with a 45s CD, 2 charges)

I'll grant you that bit, on arrival might be a bit quick unlike drk which somehow got even worse from media tour. But by the time savage rolls around expect healer in need to have skyrocketed again.

Once the novelty wears off and the playerbase realises that its just sch with targeted embrace, that's when it will be dead outside savage. Alongside ast because ast outclasses whm in every category

you can't change boring 1 button dps is. Players want jobs that are fun and where getting better means better gameplay.

For AST Macrocosmos becoming a 3 minute cooldown is a shame, but I guess it is ridiculously good. The ED nerf probably isn't as bad as it seems considering it starts at 30% now, so if you pop it on a tank at 30-60% for example you'll get similar value.

But Earthly Star is being bumped to a hilarious 20y radius (while Soil, Asylum, ect remain the same). I'll take it

WHM is still in a dire state, but one thing it has going for it is the increase to Lily heal potency. Lilies are basically WHM's oGCD's, so a +33% boost is considerable. Being able to weave a Plenary at the end of your current Glare cast and throw out 1200 raidwide potency over 2 GCD's for example is solid burst. Not saying "WHM is great!", I still see it as the worst designed healer and lilies are still a potency loss, but it's something.

At least, it shows they did indeed listen to the feedback regarding it's name. ( And I guess it follows the new naming conventions regarding WHM in JP, I'm not sure)

Lilybell sounded nicer though but honestly I don't even care anymore. They've killed WHM for me and I'm just done with it.

SGE's changes are quite meh. Holos being revamped is nice because it's not a blatant copy of Fey Blessing anymore. Physis II being an upgrade and getting another effect is nice too, making it a bit different from Whispering Dawn.

That being said, Pepsis is still clunky and it clashes with one of the mechanics of the job. Rhizomata was and still is boring. Zoe is still boring but it is also weaker. Lastly, although the potency from Soteria is likely overall the same, I view it as a nerf because Soteria naturally lines up with Physis II and Krasis and both of them have a 10s duration which would have been nice with Soteria's old 10s duration.
