Mogstation deceptive

I saw that there were two items on the Mogstation: Saint's Cap and Saint's Beard. I didn't want the beard, so I thought I only needed the Saint's Cap, so I bought it. When I put it on, I discovered the Saint's Cap is not a Saint's Cap. It is a Saint's Cap and a Saint's Beard. The name is deceptive. What's also bad is that they appear to be treated as separate items ($3 for Saint's Cap, $3 for Saint's Beard, $5 for both) on Mogstation, but actually just the Saint's Cap is both. I'm confused. I really would like to just don the cap without the beard. If this isn't possible, I will feel tricked and ripped off without a refund. The only reasonable explanation I can think of is that it is a bug.

Edit: I just realized that the game doesn't have separate slots, one for a hat, and one for facial content (beard), so the real problem is that the item in question is called a "Saint's Cap" right next to a "Saint's Beard." They should be "Saint's Cap & Beard" and "Saint's Beard."

There is a crafted item that is just the hat, I forget the name, there is one with kitten ears and pon, I love that one.

I will say I have gotton things on mogstation (that I regret or don't work that well)

they need to create a npc that doesn't sell this things, but you can try them on from before buying...Would like a try out mounted window as well . "So many mounts that just don't look right for me and my style, and not having a see first is kind of a pain.

Not that I encourage going to fan sites, but there is a fan site that does this already. Just use google and look up "FFXIV Model Viewer". Also since a bunch of WOW creators are coming to FFXIV, I'm sure that the people behind WOWhead, and CurseForge will have model views up soon.

There are worse things than your beard problem for 13.50 € / 18 USD where there is "no problem at all" with clipping.
Luckily the long skirt, gloves and heels are nice, because the dress is totally messed up. That's one hell of a pregnant princess dress.

I got it for the gloves and shoes, just like I got the "Far Eastern Maiden's Attire" for the shoes and panty hoes.

The worst thing is that they never thought it was worth fixing the clipping bugs and the fact that the bottom part of the dress is way too high.

Although fixing this kind of bug would require the game engine to handle clipping. But still, whoever validated this outfit as okey was just opportunistic.

For all foreign outfits imports, the outfits are request/paid by foreign publishers and their community is ok with clipping.
Do some research and you will see this particular forum is also ok clipping and demanding SE to import these outfits. (on top of that, this community also told Yoship that they dont mind about long hair clipping)
So it is quite awkward now that you are accursing SE not fixing clipping.
