I trusted the title of the item. "Saint's Cap" is not synonymous with "Cap and Beard," at least in English. As for the reference to the mustache, it is just saying that if the other product we offer isn't good enough.

I didn't know one could, and still don't know, how to Try On the product before buying.

Edit: I guess I'm supposed to know about all the items in the game, too, because I would have gotten a Dream Cap instead of buying this.

Isn't Meoni always doing this try on before you buy video in his channel?
Am I going to hear any other excuse?

does he do it with every race/every hairstyle on both genders? because that all can be the difference of an amazing outfit and one that looks bad "like the princess dress looks godly on a lalafell but the other race its kind of bad

There's actually a photo in the online shop of the item you're buying right there next to the name of it. I mean I get it that it's disappointing to have purchased an item that's not what you thought it would be. But this isn't really Square being deceptive when they include a photo of what it looks like in-game and a description that states it includes the beard.

To be fair, the photo "of the item you're buying" has a character wearing an entire Santa outfit, not just the item. So from the picture alone it isn't immediately apparent what you're buying or that it includes a beard.

The item description is more clear, but the photo definitely isn't.
