System Hard crashes when playing.

I would move it to my c drive but that ssd was only a 240g that i used for just my OS when i built the system back in 17. So right not i only have 53g left so the game will not fit on that drive. So that is why all the games i play go on the 2t WD_Black m.2 drive.Their were no updates or any changes to the system around the time it started doing this. I have checked my temps, Ram a memory test, and stress tested my system with 3d mark. I also played New world, Destiny2 and CoD all on ultra with everything turned up. I have not gotten the system to do the samething that it does on FFiv. I have checked my event view log and the onthing that shows on their is a error from when i have to hard reset my system by holding the power button. I am going to try and play FFIV in Direct X 9 mode and see if it does it.
