    Full Screen Sound Issues - Windowed Mode is Fine

    Title basically says it. Full screen produces no sound, but in windowed mode, it's fine. This is only through my LG OLED TV. Sound through both of my headsets (Astro A50 and HyperX Cloud II) in windowed or full screen is fine. I've updated my Nvidia drivers, the TV is updated. All other PC sound through the TV is fine. Is there a game file that can be deleted / recreated? Any suggestions? Thank you.

    I apologize for the delay in our response to your concern. What have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
