Steps:
1. Completed Heaven on High Deep Dungeon by completing floor 100 and touching the altar.
2. Received the Empyrean Reliquary in inventory and took group screenshot
3. Exited Deep Dungeon Instance using the exit portal near the altar
4. Blue Dialogue box with High Score popped up and displayed high score of 1646487 for the Floor 1-100 run
5. Closed diaglogue box and teleported back to The Ruby Sea
6. Have been checking Kyusei and Heaven On High Ranking Party Rankings (https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodes.../deepdungeon2/) for 2 weeks, score with Kyusei reflect first clear with different party (971356). Rest of party received a new score (have cleared HOH several times) with Kyusei (1646487) and now appear on the Deep Dungeon Leaderboard at spot 15, however I do not. I have filed several tickets in game, but only received canned responses asking for the above details despite it being provided in original ticket.
