I set up a ceremony of eternal bonding on December 2nd at 3:00 PM, but a few days later, my friend told me I could not log in during that time. Is this true? Do I need to set a new reservation with my partner at a different time? If there's another thread I need to put this in, please point me in the right direction?

Your reservation is during maintenance, so you'll need to set up another time.
