Expansion Preparation

There are only a few things that really make a difference. For me they were:

- Glamours. I haven't played dragoon much so I got the bonewicca set, eureka set, the republican set and the late allagan bodysuit. It's a good start.

- Some dungeon gear for Reaper and Sage, full poetic sets and 1200 poetics to buy the weapons. I'll buy the level 80 weapon for Reaper with converted tomestones.

- Cleaned up inventory, rented 2 retainers and cleaned up the dresser too. All the belts and other gear I'm going to desynth are in one retainer.

- Got consumables like food, squadron buffs, aetheryte tickets, dark matter, melded materia and potions.

- One WT book ready to turn in. I just need to unsynch primals for the second one.

- 600+ fox leafs and enough Gil for a mansion in preparation for 6.1.

- Crafting prep. I intend to level crafters and gatherers by gathering all materials and crafting leveling gear (to sell). I have mats for multiple sets of 74-78 healer and maiming gear, which I will craft as soon as I log in. The two new retainers will store that gear while I slowly sell it and focus on the MSQ. After that I'll cap DoH and DoL.

Had a thought, are we certain belts will even be desynth-able after expansion?

I got all mine sorted out, too, but suddenly realized I might want to get them cleared out before maintenance in case there's nothing to do with them...

We will be able to desynth, vendor or exchange for GC seals. I'm just keeping a bunch of bozja and 510 gear to see if I can desynth them after launch.

I have my khloe book ready to hand in, spent hours clearing out 3 years worth of garbage from my retainers, I have an edenmorn weapon coffer waiting to be used on reaper or sage depending which I finally choose to level and the scaevean gear to go with them, I have made a butt load of consumables for use and sale, I just need to know where the job quests for reaper and sage will be so I can log out in those areas. I even did a bunch of side quests in ShB areas to bump myself through levels faster. Beyond that I haven't prepped for crafters or gatherer leveling, I did want to make some money but at the same time I don't want to rush story and such for the sake of some gil that I don't even use. Just gonna chill with msq using trusts for dungeons for full immersion once I blasted Sage/Reaper to 80.

-Khloe is ready
-Challenge log is ready
-Got some low priced food
-Got some rested XP
-Got the 15% XP buff from squadrons
-ShB daily hunts prepared because why not
- tome gear for lvl 70 ready for reaper and sage, already got drg to max ilvl too
-Inventory almost cleared
-cleaner HUD and macros ready(i use them to switch jobs easly)
-will get some aetheryte tickets

It gives half a level per book, so if you turn in two as a Reaper or Sage you get to 71 and can go straight to Bozja or Holminster.
