Dark Class For Me?

So I’m confused so dark knight do not use dark magic?

They use dark magic to augment their swordplay. But one of the running themes across most of the game is balance; dark isn't always evil and light isn't always good. Dark knights are essentially a case of Good Is Not Soft.

If you are just starting I recommend buying a level boost for a dark knight and just play through the lower level content with your armor level reduced.
Then when reaper drops you can play that right away through the story content.

You will likely end up playing darknight/reaper/ everyone plays red mage

I would but everyone tells me that the dark knight story is amazing. I want to see the dark knights story.
