Future request: Flashing icon when tabbed out in Windows when DF queue is ready

While waiting for queues I usually do other stuff tabbed out in half screen. However, sometimes it is just better to be tabbed out in full screen. Then it would be helpful for me if the FFXIV icon in Windows was flashing, so I knew that it is time to get back into the game.

If you go into your System Config --> Sound Setting and ticks the "System Sound", you can hear the queue pop sound effect even when tabbed out.
