Private messages with suspicious links

Do people really fall for this? Don’t you have to copy and paste the link to go to it?

Usually they are are sending these tells from some players hacked account. They've gotten so brazen and whenever I get these, I usually send them a tell back saying, "Do you know you're being reported right now for hacking some poor players account?" They quickly poof and log out.
