Early access. New hyped game. New expansion.

A content/game launch is expected to have issues. No one has a problem with a queue being insanely long. Especially when it was tempered with an explanation as to why pre-launch.

The amount of 2002 errors popping up are ridiculous. And the Queue ticketing system is NOT WORKING. I've seen maybe 1 out of 20 tries for me and 1 out of 15 for my wife. You have to win the lottery for the ticket system to work and be far enough ahead in queue where you might actually get to play.

No the queue system is not stable. Saying so in the Lodestone is lying to your fanbase.

How about addressing this issue with the player base at large? Just a simple acknowledgement that "We apologize that the queue system and ticketing system has been largely non-functional. We are working towards a solution" would go a long way.
Yes people would still complain and be ticked, but a large number of your player-base who are reasonable humans would just accept the customer-service nod. Things happen. No launch is perfect, but this is a relatively mundane error to have that is effectively handicapping a large proportion of your player base who pre-purchased with the intent of trying the EA.

And one can only imagine when the game is opened up for everyone on the 10th how bad it'll get.

Maybe one day the servers will get better, but as a developer who prides himself with connecting to the fans I'm surprised we haven't heard a word about the influx of Error 2002. Come on SE live up to Yosh example!
