PS4 to PS5 back-up issue (saved Character Data)

So I've been playing the PS5 version for a few months now, and it seems I've hit a snag. When I went to mess around in the character creator (to make a new character to fantasia to), the check box for 'Load Previous Saved Data' that is usually present on the 'Make New Character' dialog box is not present. I made sure I backed up both my Character and my Client/Server data and my Main character and my Alt character have all transitioned over perfectly. But for some reason, all of my saved character data that I made in the character creator previously is not there on the PS5 version.

Thankfully I still have the PS4 version installed, so I can still access them, but is there any way to transfer those character saves to the PS5? Some of those characters I reuse regularly and some are just really good ones that I might want to use again. I can probably take a ton of screenshots to make them over again on PS5 but... is there not a way to back this up as well? If anyone knows a way can you post it? This seems like a gross oversight.
