Non HQ New parts

To make the new gear / weapons, like in the video, you HAVE to HQ one of the mats needed to make it. So where does the NQ get used?

Also, Coke: Reagent A hot-burning fuel created by destructively distilling raw coal.
We have coal in the game?

But no info on where it comes from, http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...l=1#post660468 or new npc selling items like last patch notes, or a post about a mob dropping it.
