Failed applying pre-order code to account

I'm getting an error while applying my pre-purchase bonus code to my account through Mog-Station. I put the code in the bars, and it takes me to the login throughs steam page to verify and it gives me this error..

" There have been too many login failures from your network in a short time period. Please wait and try again later. "

There have been no errors from this network as far as I can tell. I input my password correctly. I've logged in and out of steam, shut the game down and turned it back on, and tried several times over a period of time to apply the code, disabled ad blocker.

Time 10:10 A.M. to 10:25 A.M. EST.

Ok, I was able to connect to a different network, and it applied normally. That is strange to me tho, because I followed the same procedure, and did not input anything incorrectly the first time on the original network.
