Change Suggestion for All Tank Jobs (DPS Stance)

Hello,

First of all, have i not been playing any of the tank jobs, so i do not know what they can or not can etc...

With this out of the way do i have a suggestion for all tank jobs in Final Fantasy XIV to incentivize new players to choose one, and remove some of the anxiety many may have

Adding DPS Stance (15% more dmg)

Making it possible for all tank jobs to be converted to a dps, simply by turning the stance on (queue as dps in duty finder). When the player is ready to tank, he or her/she just turn on tank stance

As dps, do you not need damage mitigation attacks (spells) so they could be unavailable when in dps stance, and replaced with new ones focused on damage dealing


This is a suggestion to FFXIV DEVS. Dont be mad at me for suggesting it, as its made for people that want to tank, but need some time with the tanking job, before they actually begin to tank
