I would imagine it would be very possible to do, but would likely take more effort and resources than they want to commit to the system. That said, given that they've said they're pushing the Trust AI related content even further in EW it may just naturally lead to AI that responds better to not only each other but to multiple players as well.

I don't think the concept of being able to Trust with a couple of human players plus a couple of AI is a bad thing, but I can see more than a couple of problems that make it more complex than something they can just plug and play.
