disconnects error 9002

Hello everyone,

i'm from Australia and log into the tonberry server on elemental.

last few days i've been getting really bad disconnects from 830pm onwards.

Everyone in the game stops moving, and then speeds up suddenly and i either get disconnected or it catches up. No other application has this issue and the internet remains stable. im wired in too

Is anyone else getting this issue? is it a distance thing? I'm with a third party provider that piggy back off of Optus lines

What Platform? (Steam/Windows/Mac etc.)
Wired or WIFI connection?
Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV?
When the disconnect occurs/How often?
Does this only happen to one character or all characters?
