    This notice is being sent because we've been unable to process your payment over the last few days. We kindly ask that you update your payment method by 2021-11-23 or we will be forced to cancel your order.


    ---Verify that I had money and wait until 23 (yesterday)
    --- at 9:26 in the morning they sent me this email
    Dear customer,

    Thank you for your preorder of FINAL FANTASY XIV: ENDWALKER DIGITAL COLLECTOR'S EDITION [PC DOWNLOAD].

    This notice is being sent because we've been unable to process your payment over the last few days due to:
    there are not enough funds in your account. Please verify that you have sufficient funds in your account and confirm with your bank that collection will be possible on 2021-11-30.

    ---as if there was no money but there is and from that card I always pay everything
    ---and at 9:46 they sent me another email saying that the order had been completed

    Your order is now completed. We thank you for your purchase.

    --- but they have charged me absolutely nothing

    What is the reason for this failure?

    is it better to cancel and buy again?

    and the code in square store dont work, say this use for other

    Create a support ticket if you sure you have enough funds on the card.

    The code doesn't work until launch. Only code that works right now is the pre-order code which you already applied.

    I have only used the SE store so many times because I dont like it, compared to steam. I've purchased a gift for a friend from it but I had a ~meh experience doing so. One thing to double check that might help you tho would ensure you're using the right zip code for the card. I have only used cards and not any other form of payment there. And also call and make sure your bank will allow the purchase to go through either as something automated may send flags to your bank.

    Hope this information helps.

    You should check with your bank or credit card company and make sure they are not stopping the transaction on suspicious behavior. If they aren't letting it go through it would seems like you have no funds to SE. My bank does this too me on the PSN store when I haven't bought a PS game in over a year.

    I used a giftcard that I dont have access to anymore so Im gonna have to debit my bank again. So overall Im spending $120 on this since I know for a fact I debited the giftcard ahead of time, but cant find any receipt of that. I love squeenix but their store system is super crappy

    I'm going to wait a few more days, I sent a post to square 2 days ago and nothing, without reply, if I don't have an answer tomorrow, I'll cancel and buy it again



    new: yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! , now i look the pay in my account XD

    but collectors edition, dont mark in mogstation , only mark early acces

    That's because no one's able to actually put in the core expansion registration key yet.
    Once at launch day (7th Dec) you will get a new serial key that you will have to register that will be the Expansion itself.
    What you got now is only the Pre-Order like everyone else right now.
