PS4 account conflict

I recently had the idea to use my old PS4 account as an alt, but I don't remember my password for it. I'm pretty sure it's tied to the same email that my PC account uses and I'm not sure asking for a password reset would:
1. Have it go through on that account
2. Have it flagged as being suspicious (Although it would be kind of reasonable)
Is there some way I could separate the accounts, or would I have to start another fresh account with a different email on my PS4?

Unfortunately, the issue you are describing is something we are not able to assist with in the Technical Support Forum as this issue will need to be handled by the Square Enix Support Center team. To assist, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you. The ticket number has been sent to the email associated to the registered Square Enix ID.
