Absolutely terrible packet loss and rubber banding, which results in a disconnect roughly 75% of the time. I don't know (or really care) what's causing the issue. Square - you need to take care of this issue ASAP. I've done all of the things I could do on my end to deal with your problem, but I haven't seen any improvement.
